"Old Scratch" is the real name of this song but I had to shorten the name to "scrach" for the web site's link. The drums are samples from the web again, that I built into two loops in cake walk, fast and slow. Next, I put down the clean guitar part with the Fender, Yngwie Malmsteen, scalloped fretboard Stratocaster. It is in stereo and was the basis for the bass line that went next, with the Fender Jazz bass just plugged direct into the mixing board's amplifier. With the distorted guitar part, I just switched channels on the Marshall, now with the gain turned all the way up. As always, the guitar started out going thru the compressor and the bbe sonic maximizer. I think this is my favorite song out of all of the ones on this site.
