The name “cwbr” comes from the way I made this song up, I just downloaded a break beat and looped it in cakewalk, then I remixed it into stereo onto two tracks for the drums. Next, I picked up the Fender Jazz bass and plugged it directly into the mixing board’s amplifier. I played a 1-5-4-2 progression with a little 4-5 turnaround. Next I plugged the Casio keys into the board and noodled around thru the changes in stereo. To top it all off I then played the melody on the 22 fret, neck-thru body, Jackson Kelly using the bridge pickup. First I gave the guitar a tight compression envelope, then thru the bbe sonic maximizer, last, into the Marshall head with the gain knob on 10 and out thru the low output stereo jacks into two tracks panned left and right. A fun little number with a bit of melodic drama added in.
